The process of renewal of classification certificate in Qatar is time consuming and takes a lot of attention to get the right grade of classification. Documents Required to renew Classification Certificate:

·   Commercial Registration - Arabic

·   Commercial Registration - English

·   Trade License copy

·   Computer card copy

·   ID copies of the shareholders (passport copies in the case of non-residents)

·   Articles of Association copy

·   NAS/Tawteek credentials of the Authorized signatory

·   Date of first project in Qatar and the respective contract copy

·   Activities in the License to be classified (activity related to the tender/project you want to participate in)

·   Last year's Annual Audit report copy (Last 2 years needed if the company is older than 5 years)

·   ISO certificates (if available)

·   Employee Statistics certificate issued by Ministry of Labor (if available)

·   Government work contracts and completion certificate with stamps (if available)

·   Private work contracts and completion certificate with stamps (if available)
